West of Espanola AM Post Office Bay, walk on the beach. Punta Cormorant (map, use Back to return here) is the northmost point of Floreana. The beach on the west side of the point is not far from a lake with a variety of birds including flamingos. To the east is a beach that is an nursery for the giant turtles.
