On our last day in the highlands we visited a coop that keeps alpaca and other Andean animals, The members spins the wool from the animals and dye the the thread for fabrics that are woven there. Another Inca ruin near Pisoc was not is as good condition as others we had seen, but it demonstrated the Incan need for food and the lengths to which they would go to produce it.
